Pool Party

Pool Party - at the Cartwright Pool/Thompson Park. A hot dog picnic is provided. Bring family and friends!
Cost: $1/person for Summer Reading Club members and their guests

Patron history

After many requests, you can now elect to save your checkout history. Just go to our catalog page at https://ohio.ent.sirsi.net/client/cel, choose My Account to login with your library card number and PIN. Next, click Preferences and then check both Record My Checkout History (to save your history) and Show My Checkout History (to be able to see the history in the catalog). 

Holiday Programs

TODDLER TIME for children birth to 36 months old, will introduce toddlers and one caregiver to the joys of language with one half hour of nursery rhymes, songs and stories once weekly for five weeks.

Children must come with a caregiver who will stay with them. Program Times: Monday 10 am, Monday 6 pm

Sessions begin November 20 & end December 18 SIGN UP STARTS November 6.
 

Bold Beginning Program

bold beginning pilotJoin us for Bold Beginning! This is a free school readiness program for parents and children. Activities, gift cards, free books, and lunch to facilitate learning. Programs December 9th and 16th at the East Liverpool Area Community and Learning Center (Trinity Church). Adults who bring their pre-k children will receive a gift card each week. The December 17th program will be "Breakfast with Santa" at the Community Resource Center.

The program is provided by Ohio Department of Education Family and Community Engagement Grant and is administered by the Educational Service Center of Central Ohio (ESCCO). Local partners include Carnegie Public Library, Columbiana Metropolitan Housing Authority, Community Resource Center, East Liverpool Area Community and Learning Center and FISH.
