Closing early for Thanksgiving

Library closed for Thanksgiving weekend.

We are collecting donations of fleece to make tie blankets for individuals in need. We are asking for 2-yard sections in order to make large enough blankets. To make one blanket, we need 2 sections of 2 yards (front & back). Please drop the material off in the bin placed by the main desk. BRING WARMTH TO OTHERS! Want to help us make the tie blankets?

Join us on Monday, October 16th from 4:30-6:30 for our Craft & Chat event where we will be taking the fleece we receive and learning to make them!

Join us on Monday, September 11th from 5:30 to 6:30 for a discussion about homelessness in our area. This discussion will be led by Lisa Smith. Lisa Smith is Co-Pastor of Grace City Church and Outreach Coordinator at The House of Grace Resource Center. She has a heart and passion for the “least of these” – those who struggle with housing insecurities, poverty, and are typically overlooked by the general population.

Stop by for Summer Reading registration.

Regular meeting, rescheduled, of the Library Board of Trustees. The basement door facing Broadway will be open for the meeting. The meeting takes place in the Community Room of the library.
