Drop in Craft is for children 2 to 8 years old. This is a casual program. You stop by the library any time of the day and do a small craft. Come to the library for a visit once per week.

Program Info: Mondays, November 17th - December 15th, 9:30 a.m. - 6:45 p.m.

No sign up needed.

Stuffed Animal Contest

Bring a stuffed animal to the library to try for a prize! Prizes will be awarded for the Coolest, Most Huggable, Most Colorful, Silliest, Scariest, Best Dressed, Most Loved, Most Cheerful, Biggest, Smallest animals registered, as well as the Judges Choice. Prizes are awarded based on the judges' conception of these categories.

Registration will begin at 11am, and will end for the judging to start at noon. Prizes will be announced at 12:30 pm. One entry per child. Animals can be picked up immediately after publicity photos of the winners are taken.

Science Lab

Science Experiments will be led by library staff. Students age 7 - Up are welcome.
You must sign up to attend.

Summer Reading Book Discussion

We are continuing our reading challenge for dedicated readers . We will be assigning a specific  chapter book each week and having a “readers only” meeting to talk about what we liked or didn’t about the book selected. We will also allow time to share other books worth reading. Students only - and oh yeah, did I mention the snacks?

A Wrinkle In Time by Madeleine L’Engle. This book can be picked up June 10. All other books will be passed out at the prior meeting.
